No. This conference is fully in-person to maximize networking, learning, and hands-on engagement.

All attendees who have purchased a conference registration are allowed in the exhibit hall.

Yes, as a sponsor, you’re encouraged to bring marketing materials and interactive elements to your booth. Engaging activities like games, giveaways, and demos are a great way to attract attendees and create memorable interactions.

TRAVEL & LODGING

At Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN. All sessions and networking events are on-site.

Yes. A discounted room block will be available to registered attendees.

Once you register, you will receive a link to book your hotel.

The room block is open until February 10 or until it sells out—whichever comes first.

The group rate is available three days prior to and three days after the event dates, based on availability.

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is located approximately 8.3 miles from the hotel.

There is not a shuttle from the airport. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are all available at BNA.

The parking fee is $37.00 plus tax for self-parking and $55.00 plus tax for valet parking.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. local time. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. local time.

AGENDA

Yes. Add-on training sessions will take place the day before the main event.

Yes — session signups will open closer to the event to help you build your personal agenda.

MISC

Yes — the official conference app will launch approximately two weeks before the event to help you plan, connect, and explore.

Business casual for sessions. Comfy footwear and a light sweater for the conference rooms. Evening events will be business casual, and we will update you on any themes.

Yes. We’re committed to a safe, inclusive, and respectful experience for all. The code of conduct will be posted on the registration site.
