Here are some basic things you can do to immediately improve your student communications:
Update your website. Include messaging on your “how to pay tuition” and/or online payments webpages. We’ve provided some product messaging to make it super easy. You can also use our order form to request a web banner to make it easy to link to the content from other related pages.
Schedule emails to students. We can design and deploy the emails for you, or you can do it – whichever is easiest for your campus. The important thing is to communicate with your students early and often so that they are aware of their option to use a payment plan to pay. We recommend sending emails 30 days before payment plan enrollments open, then again the day they open. – Reminders are good too!
